Whats for Breakfast? Most people say they've never fasted before, but if you're sleeping and you're not eating, it is a fast until you wake up. Then you "break your fast" and we call it, Breakfast. Digestion is important #1.

Imagine your belly as a sink full of dish water. You're adding dirty dishes to get ready to wash them, and excess food goes to the bottom of the sink. Some of the food breaks down and dissolves in the water and then when you let the water out there is excess food stuck in the drain stopper. That symbolizes the food that stays in your body and does not dissolve as waste....and most of the time in that drain its soggy bread, meat, rice, pasta, etc. that cldnt be dissolved. Now imagine your intestines as the pipes in the sink. If the food becomes clogged in the drain, it backs up, it putrefies, has an odor and it clogs and so does your digestive system. Do we really know how much parasites, intestinal worms, waste, that's really causing our health problems? When are out if tune wih our bodies, you are going to run to the doctor because you're not in tune with your health to find out and know whats wrong yourself. It's okay to get check-ups, but make sure that you check in and get the right help for the right health so you wont have to go back.

A lot of people skip breakfast because they may have eaten late in the evening time and when you eat late heavy foods (be it a late shift job, an after party ihop, waffle house meal, or just bored in the house watching tv and eating) you affect the digestive process of elimination because you are out of tune with your body. When you wake up your stomach is still trying to digest the food from the night before, you may have gas, you may not even make it to the bathroom because you may be constipated, have other stomach issues from poor food combining, etc. so you're not really hungry, however you feel like you have to eat something, " just because" you feel like if you don't eat you're going to starve or you're going to be hungry later. So now we're not even eating to live we're eating to passify and to maintain our emotions and outside physical obligations. " I need to eat now because when I get back to work, I won't have time to eat". etc. It's all psychological and chemical addicting and can grow into bad eating habits and health problems. wedding wears at $99

I challenge people to keep a food journal all the time. Some foods you may be allergic to and you don't even know it. Some food you eat you know what it's going to do for you health-wise, and energy-wise. Some foods may cause a reaction to your body that makes you feel uncomfortable. Some food when you go out to eat are not prepared correctly which could cause food born illness, toxic poisons, stomach viruses Etc. and if you don't keep track of what you eat, you won't know what's causing the problems. Write down what you eat, If you don't know what you had to ate a week ago today, but you know what happened on Power, or Sports, or social media a week ago, youve gotta shift ur focus and priorities, simple as that.

Ask yourself is the standard american diet and eating lifestyle healthy for you? What can you do be healthier? What makes you sick?
When I break my fast is the 1st thing I need in my body food or water? Coffee caffine stimulant or herbal energy tea?
Do I want a white flower and water starch biscuit, 2 cooked chicken fetus called eggs, a slice of cows puss with orange dye called cheese, a few slices of a pig's ass called bacon, some more animal parts of the meat ground up called sausage...Do I need to eat 3 animals early in the morning?
or do I just want a live protien source nut butter smoothie with sea moss, flaxseed, maca, and banana? Am I feeding my body dead things to live, or am I feeding my body live things to live? What you eat truly is your decision. Most people will say, "this is too much to worry about, we're all going to die anyway".. but regret it lying in the hopspital bed. You are what you eat right?
