Start with a 5 min warm-up
30 secs low intensity, 30 sec jumping jacks x 5

Make sure you set your workout timer (can easily be downloaded as an App on your laptop or phone) to rounds of 30 secs, keep a water bottle by your side, put your favorite playlist on and lets get beast with it!
After your work out routine is complete, you can do a short cool down routine.
