When it comes to diet and supplements, I eat for looks, performance and most important, health. I don't really have any no-no's but I'm trying to eat clean most of the time.
I've never been disciplined enough to be on a strict diet, or do meal prepping and such, I eat two or three times a day depending on how much time i have.
